Jenny's Bio
Jenny Lewis is the owner of LEWCO Consulting Inc. She has over 27 years business experience including 16 years experience in training and development and performance consulting.
Jenny’s assists organizations to enable their people to perform to their full potential by creating sustainable learning and coaching/mentoring cultures. She successfully develops and implements leadership coaching and mentoring programs; develops performance assessment and evaluation tools; co-founded, designed and currently instructs the ‘Leadership Certificate program specializing in Leadership Coaching’ at Vancouver Community College.
Her unique strengths are strong facilitation skills, recognizing client's needs and strong relationship-building skills and creative training designs.
