A Front End Analysis will answer:
- What performance results and success behaviours are required of employees if business goals are to be achieved?
- What gaps exist between required behaviours and current performance of the employees?
- How are work environment factors either enabling employees to perform as needed or disabling them from doing so?
- What organizational strategies/actions are required to change current performance to achieve the business goals?
